Processing of your personal data; It may vary according to the service or commercial activity provided by FORENCRYPT; Provided that it is part of any data recording system; It means all kinds of operations performed on your personal data such as obtaining, recording, storing, storing, preserving, modifying, rearranging, disclosing, transferring, taking over, making it available, classifying or preventing its use by fully or partially automatic or non-automatic means.
Your personal data collected by these methods are created and updated by FORENCRYPT within the framework of your explicit consent and the processing conditions of personal data and sensitive personal data of the KVKK; during the cooperation of its suppliers, during the period of service of its customers, and during the employment contract period of its employees. In addition, in accordance with the legal legislation and FORENCRYPT commercial activity interests, personal data is stored and protected for the duration of the retention period. By storing and protecting, your general and special categories of personal data are processed, including but not limited to the following purposes, and within this scope;
- Your name, surname, Turkish ID number, photograph, place and date of birth, marital status, gender, registration number, criminal records, driver’s license,

- Data on your financial background, such as your bank account number, IBAN number, credit card details, billing information, etc,
- Data we obtain through our sales services,
- Professional data such as certificate of activity, professional chamber registration, etc. obtained within the scope of the performance of the contract and, if necessary, the signature circular and signature provided,

- It is mandatory for the protection of the life or physical integrity of the person who is unable to disclose his/her consent due to actual impossibility or whose consent is not legally valid,
- It is necessary to process personal data of the parties to the contract, provided that it is directly related to the performance of the contract,
- It is mandatory for the fulfillment of our legal obligations as a data controller,
- It has been made public by the person concerned,
- Data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right,
- Provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, it can be used for the following purposes, based on any of the conditions that data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller.

Your personal data is collected by our Company through different channels and based on different legal grounds in order to supervise and carry out our commercial activities. Your data is collected by electronic methods in digital environments and on paper in physical environments. Within the framework of the activities of conducting commercial processes; written documents/forms such as supplier information forms, contact information forms, purchase request forms, other commercial documents, payment information, negotiable documents, candidate application forms, customer satisfaction surveys, training registration and evaluation forms, complaint/request/contact forms, assignment and embezzlement forms, and notifications you make through verbal, written or electronic media, fully or partially automated or not automated as part of any data recording system, including our affiliates, official institutions, other third parties. It collects it by various methods, including our affiliates, official institutions, other third parties, which can also be obtained from outside FORENCRYPT. Your personal data collected for this legal reason can also be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in the second and third articles of this text within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVK Law.
The rights of the Personal Data Owner listed in Article 11 of the KVK Law, If you submit your requests regarding your rights as Personal Data Owners to our Company by the methods set out below in this Clarification Text, our Company will finalize the request free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if a fee is stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee in the tariff determined by our Company will be charged. In this context, personal data owners;
- Learn whether personal data is being processed,
- Request information if their personal data has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
- Although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the KVK Law and other relevant laws, to request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
- To object to the emergence of a result to the detriment of the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- In case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, it has the right to demand compensation for the damage.
Pursuant to paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the KVKK No. 6698, you can submit your request to exercise your rights mentioned above to our Company in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. In this context, the channels and procedures you will submit your written application to our company within the scope of Article 11 of the Law are explained below.
- Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) gives personal data owners the right to make certain requests regarding the processing of their personal data in Article 11 of this law. In this context, FORENCRYPT is obliged to respond to these requests according to the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller numbered 30356.
- Pursuant to the first paragraph of Article 13 of the KVK Law; applications to be made to our company, which is the data controller, regarding these rights must be submitted to us in writing or by the following methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (“Board”).

The Forencrypt employee who receives the application, after performing the identity check, indicates on the form that the identity confirmation has been made. Application made with E-Signature or Mobile Signature | The relevant person applies to Forencrypt [kvkk@forencrypt.com] e-mail address with electronic signature and/or mobile signature. The electronic signature on the submitted application form is checked whether the file is signed with the secure electronic signature application and the application is accepted after identity confirmation. If the signature cannot be verified with the secure electronic signature application or if the form is sent with a mobile signature, the relevant person is directed to written channels.

Application via Notary Public | The applications sent by the relevant person to Forencrypt registered address via notary public will be received by Forencrypt employee.
